Elvira Arellano Dispute

http://www.iht.com/bin/print.php?id=7296579My opinion regarding the situation with Elvira Arellano an immigrant from Mexico City has all the United States very concerned on her situation. She not only violated her legal rights she demanded to stay here in the United States! What rights does she have on staying here, don't we think just like all other immigrants have the same rights as they are giving to her? If thats the case lets have them do the same and stay here with no legal papers! I am not trying to be harsh in this situation since I know she is doing all this to be with her child which is ok, but she is not doing it the right way. I'm just saying in my perspective she has to go by the right way in returning back to the U.S. With all the right documentation and the right keys so she won't have any future problems. I guess immigration felt bad in deporting being that she was in a church and it would look bad for the community.
